    1 teaspoon of coriander powder
    1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
    1/2 teaspoon of garam masala
    1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder (optional)
    Salt to taste
    1/2 cup of heavy cream or fresh cream (optional)
    2 tablespoons of fresh coriander leaves (cilantro), chopped for garnishing
    2 tablespoons of cashews, chopped for garnishing (optional)

    Instructions:

    • Step 1
    • In a pan with hot oil or ghee, add chopped onions. Cook them in a skillet until golden brown.
    • Add the ginger-garlic paste and stir for a little period of time.

    • Step 2
    • Cook the mixture after adding tomato puree until the oil separates.
    • Add the garam masala powder, cumin, coriander, red chili, turmeric, and cumin powders. Well combine, then heat for a minute.

    • Step 3
    • Stir in the cashews that have been soaked. Remove the mixture from the heat and allow it to cool.
    • Blend the mixture to a paste once it has cooled.
    • Add the mixed mixture after heating the same pan once more. After one minute, add the paneer cubes.

    • Step 4
    • Add salt and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
    • Add fresh cream and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
    • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
